The new BEAST MODE RC VTE2 SPINE takes our mid-motor platform and pushes the motor forward for a more aggressive forward weight bias.
 
Moving the motor and drivetrain weight toward the front helps keep the front wheels planted under hard acceleration. The layout positions the batteries along both sides of the chassis, keeping the weight low and centered.
 
Built around the Hobao VTE2 platform, the SPINE uses a full carbon fiber chassis system paired with billet aluminum, 7075 aluminum, and titanium components.

FORWARD MID-MOTOR LAYOUT
The motor sits forward of the traditional rear-motor location, shifting more static weight toward the front axle. For high-power drag setups, this helps fight front-end lift while keeping the drivetrain centered in the chassis.
 
The vertical motor configuration creates a compact drivetrain package while leaving dedicated space along both sides of the chassis for battery placement.
 
22" WHEELIE BAR
The included 22-inch wheelie bar system gives you a long tuning window for controlling chassis rotation during launch. The complete setup includes the carbon fiber bar, rod, wheel, bracket, and rear shock tower mounting system.
 
COMPLETE STEERING SETUP
The kit includes the SPINE carbon steering system, titanium steering links, dual servo horn, and carbon servo mount. Components are included to support both the brass and plastic VTE2 front hub configurations.
 
CUSTOM DRIVETRAIN
A custom titanium spool and custom front dog bone are included specifically for the SPINE drivetrain layout, along with the required aluminum spool spacers and bearing support system.
