Shipping Policy

At Beast Mode RC, we work to ship orders quickly and accurately.

Processing Time

Please allow 3 to 5 business days for order processing. Processing time applies before shipment leaves our facility. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Methods

We primarily ship orders using UPS Ground. Transit times typically range from 3 to 5 business days within the United States, depending on destination.

Expedited shipping is available through UPS Overnight Rapid Shipping. Orders must be placed before the daily cutoff time for next business day delivery eligibility.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on package weight and delivery location. Final shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Tracking updates are provided directly by the carrier.

International Shipping

For international orders, please contact us directly before purchasing.

Shipping Delays and Carrier Responsibility

We are not responsible for shipping delays once an order has been handed to the carrier. Beast Mode RC does not control UPS, USPS, weather conditions, or carrier operations. Delivery delays caused by carriers are outside of our control and are not grounds for refunds or cancellations.

Return & Exchange Policy

Return Policy

Due to the nature of the RC hobby, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped.
Please confirm compatibility before purchase. If you have questions, contact us before ordering.

Warranty Policy

BEAST MODE RC parts are built for high-performance use. Because RC racing places extreme stress on components, warranty coverage is limited.
Warranty applies only to manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
Warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from crashes, misuse, or improper installation
- Modifications to the product
Warranty claims must include proof of purchase and clear photos of the issue.
If approved, BEAST MODE RC will repair or replace the defective part at our discretion.

How to File a Claim

Email us with your order number, photos, and a description of the defect.
Once reviewed, we will let you know the next steps.
