Processing Time
Most orders placed with us that are in stock and ready to ship will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Methods
We primarily utilize UPS Ground for standard shipping options. UPS Ground Shipping typically delivers within 3-5 business days within the United States, but delivery times may vary depending on your location and other factors.
For customers who require expedited shipping, we offer Overnight Rapid Shipping through UPS. This option provides guaranteed next-business-day delivery for orders placed before our daily cutoff time.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and your location. You can view the shipping cost for your order during the checkout process before completing your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and progress of your shipment through the carrier's website.
International Shipping
At this time please contact us direct for any International Orders.

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery of your orders, please note that shipping delays may occur occasionally due to factors beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions, carrier delays, or high order volumes during peak seasons. In such cases, we will do our best to keep you informed and updated on the status of your shipment.

Return & Exchange Policy
Returns and Exchanges
At Beast Mode RC, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of the hobby and the specialized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges except in the case of manufacturer defects.
Manufacturer Defects
If you believe that you have received a product with a manufacturer defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To initiate the return process, please follow these steps:
1. Contact our Customer Care team at [customercare@beastmoderc.com](mailto:customercare@beastmoderc.com) with your order number and details of the defect.
2. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return the defective item.
3. Once we receive the returned item and verify the manufacturer defect, we will either issue a replacement or provide a refund for the purchase price, at our discretion.
Please note the following conditions for returns due to manufacturer defects:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
- Shipping costs for returning the defective item may be covered by Beast Mode RC, depending on the circumstances.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the specialized nature of our products and the hobby, certain items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. These include:
- Opened or used items
- Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling
- Items without original packaging or missing parts
